What You’ve All Been Waiting For

I honestly didn’t think y’all would be interested in me being a quad or talking about it, but a few of y’all wanted me to make a separate post. πŸ™‚ If you don’t know what I’m talking about just click here and it’ll take you to that post haha.

So, this is the quad squad with our parents on the day of graduation. Like I said before we graduated last year and my brother is the only one going to college at the moment. πŸ™‚ Can you guess which one I am? I’ll give you a hint (from left to right) we have Kirsten, Addison,Β Abigail, and Wyatt. Can you guess now? πŸ˜‰

I am taller than both my sisters (Addison is wearing heels) and Wyatt is taller than me. As you can see we are a pretty short family haha. It’s funny though because Addison and Kirsten used to be taller than me, but they stopped growing and I didn’t so it’s the ultimate “ha”!

Anyway, this post is probably gonna be jumbled and all over the place much like my life as a quad. πŸ˜‰

parents

So these are my adorable parents! What a cute couple! They definitely didn’t know what they were getting into.

My dad is a CPA and has his own business with my mom. My mom isn’t certified so she can only help with so much. They make a great team though. πŸ™‚ And they’re both very smart. It’s definitely cool to see how well they’ve done. They’re definitely some great role models.

So, a question a lot of people ask is if my mom had us naturally. No. My parents were struggling to have kids and so they did get help with that (all the technical terms I don’t know) but they ended up having quads and you can believe they were pretty surprised.

Growing up as a quad was never weird to me. To me it’s normal and I still think it’s normal because I can’t even imagine what it would be like having siblings that aren’t the same age as me.

People always ask if we fought a lot growing up but honestly we didn’t. We had our moments just like pretty much all siblings do, but other than that we get along pretty well. Nowadays we don’t fight..or at least I don’t. We just complain about one another to our mom haha.

One thing that was nice about growing up as a quad is always having someone to do something with you. If I had to go do something I could always bring a sibling along so I didn’t have to do it alone. It was also nice being in the same grade because we could all work on homework together and help one another out. We also always played games together. We would all gather to come up with something to play and it was pretty nice being able to have that haha.

I’m trying to think of things y’all might wanna hear because there’s definitely a lot I can talk about.

I’ll talk about what we all have planned for our lives as of right now. So, Wyatt is going to college to be a lawyer. πŸ™‚ Addison is working on a lot of things so it’s hard to keep track, but right now she has a job working with babies…I don’t really know what she does. She is also working on being a realtor and staring her own elder care business. Yeah it’s all very confusing which is why I stay out of it haha. Kirsten is an artist and a very good one. You can check out her artwork here! And lastly I am working towards becoming a flight attendant…and I’ll probably start taking some online college courses just to get all my basics outta the way.

I can’t speak on behalf of my siblings so I’ll talk about me and what I want with my future haha. It’s kind of funny because I wanted to be a vet at a zoo (I still like the thought of that job…or just working at a zoo) but outta the blue I decided I wanted to become a flight attendant. I figured it might help with seeing Avery and it would help me get outta my shell. I’m a very quiet person who doesn’t really like to talk about personal things if y’all couldn’t tell. It’s actually pretty crazy that I’m even writing this post haha. Anyway, I’m not sure if I see being a flight attendant as a life long career, but we’ll find out haha. I figured that since Avery and I won’t be living together anytime soon that it would be a pretty fun job. I’ve already applied and I’m just waiting to hear back from the airline. πŸ™‚

What else can I tell y’all? I’m not sure haha. It’s fun being a quad and definitely cool. I hope y’all liked this post despite it being a huge mess haha. If y’all have any questions just comment below and I’ll answer them! ❀ πŸ™‚

  1. OMG this was so cute! Quadruplets! My family doesn’t even have a trace of twins anywhere within it. This was a lovely post Abigail! It was so much fun reading about your siblings and childhood! And the pictures are adorable!!! ❀
