April Wrap-Up

Here are all the books I finished in April. It turned out to be a better reading month than I expected.

girl-in-pieces

1. Girl In Pieces by Kathleen Glasgow

Rating: 5/5 Stars

I read this book years ago and decided I wanted to reread it. I forgot pretty much everything that happened in the book so it felt like I was reading it for the first time. I still really like this book and I’m glad I decided to read it again.

the book club far away

2. In A Book Club Far Away by Tif Marcelo

Rating: 2.5/5 Stars

I wanted to love this book, but I didn’t. So, i gave it a 50/50 rating because I didn’t love it but I didn’t hate it. Would I ever read it again? No. Would I recommend this book to others? No. It’s a fast paced book and it had some things I liked, but overall I wasn’t impressed with this book and I was left disappointed by it.

arsenic and adobo

3. Arsenic And Adobo by Mia. P Manansala

Rating: 3/5 Stars

This was a pretty good read. It was a fun and interesting read for sure. 🙂 I’m excited for when the author releases more books in this little series. 🙂

the secret

4. The Secret by Rhonda Byrne

Rating: 4/5 Stars

This was a reread for me. I enjoyed it! I decided to actually mark it up and tab it. So, there were lots of things I liked about this book. I’m glad I decided to reread it at this point in my life. 🙂

Not to bad of a reading month for me. It probably could have been better, but stuff happens. I’m pretty happy with it regardless.
