Beautiful Bitch by Christina Lauren
Rating: 3.5/5 Stars
This is considered book 1.5 in the Beautiful Bastard series so if you don’t want any potential spoilers then don’t read this synopsis or review. 🙂
Just when Chloe’s career starts to take off, Bennett wishes it would all slow down long enough to spend a wild night alone with his girlfriend. But after he refuses to take no for an answer, Chloe and Bennett find themselves with two plane tickets, one French Villa, and a surprising conversation that, predictably, leaves them wrestling under the covers.
So, this review is gonna have some spoilers. If you want to read my first review which is spoiler-free just click here.
I liked this book. It was a really quick read an honestly this review is probably gonna be really short because I don’t think there’s really much to say about this book.
So, it continues with Chloe and Bennett and I like them and their relationship so I did like reading this book. 🙂 It’s fun to see how they’ve been and grown as a couple. Even if not a lot of time has passed it’s still nice to see that they love each other so much.
I mean even if you read the synopsis it’s not hard to figure out what happens haha. I really like the way the proposal happened. I felt like it was so ‘them’ yanno? Like Bennett messed it up with is rambling and then Chloe got “mad” at him because she was going to propose to him. I just thought it was silly and adorable.
Like I said before it’s not like this is some incredible book or anything, but the story and characters are fun and I really enjoy it. 🙂 I love the relationships between the characters and just watching them grow together as well as the steamy parts. It’s such a fun and easy read which makes it more relaxing to me.
I’m excited to read the other books in this series. I really like the characters and I’m excited to see where this continues to go.
I gave this one a lower rating just because I wasn’t as invested into it as I was for the first book. Once again this one wasn’t bad or anything but it’s only 160 pages or so and it just kind of ties up a few things. This book isn’t necessary, but it’s also nice to see some things you want to happen…happen. 🙂
I recommend this one. If you liked Chloe and Bennett then why not continue their story? 🙂 I know this is a short review but I hope y’all enjoy
